The above rates apply to shipping within Canada. International shipping will be billed based on current shipping rates.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer regular and expedited shipping, or local delivery within 30 km of our Oshawa store. Shipping times may vary depending on the time of year, fulfillment time and the shipping courier.
*Please note: Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be fulfilled when we open again. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS
All sales of cut yardage is final sale.  Other products may be returned for a store credit within 10 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in "like-new" condition. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Please contact the store at least 48 hours before the class date so we can contact those on the cancellation list to try and fill your spot. Day-of cancellations will not be eligible for a class credit. If you have contacted the store well before the class date, you will receive a class credit to be used on a class in the future. In the unfortunate event that we need to cancel an entire class due to lack of participants, you will receive a full refund.
